All questions

How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders placed before 13:00 GMT Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day from our UK facility. Orders placed after that cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day. You will receive a tracked dispatch confirmation by email.

Ordering & delivery

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship throughout the United Kingdom and to most of Europe. Some compounds cannot be sent to certain destinations because of local import rules, and any item affected will be flagged at checkout. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a material may lawfully be imported into their country.

Ordering & delivery

What does shipping cost?
UK tracked delivery is £4.99, and free on orders over £75. European rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight. All parcels are sent plainly packaged with no reference to the contents on the outside.

Ordering & delivery

Can I change or cancel an order?
Email support@nuvohealth.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. If the parcel has not yet been picked we can amend or cancel it. Once a tracked dispatch confirmation has been issued the order is with the carrier and cannot be changed.

Ordering & delivery

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically from two vials upward on product pages, up to 20% at ten vials. For laboratory, university or distributor accounts with larger requirements, contact us with your intended volumes and we will quote directly.

Ordering & delivery

What exactly am I buying?
Every item is a laboratory research material supplied for scientific and analytical applications only. Products are not medicines, foods, cosmetics or supplements, and are not supplied for human or veterinary use, consumption or administration of any kind.

Products & storage

What form do the compounds arrive in?
Peptides are supplied lyophilised — freeze-dried into a stable powder inside a sealed glass vial under an inert atmosphere. Freeze-drying removes the water that drives degradation, which is why a sealed vial remains stable far longer than a compound in solution.

Products & storage

Do you supply bacteriostatic water and solvents?
Yes. Bacteriostatic water and acetic acid solutions are listed under Mixers & Solvents, and are included in several of our research kits alongside the compounds they pair with.

Products & storage

How should materials be stored?
Sealed lyophilised vials should be kept at 2–8°C, away from light. Once reconstituted, materials are far less stable and should be refrigerated and used within the window appropriate to the compound. Detailed handling notes are published in our Knowledge Hub.

Products & storage

What is the shelf life?
Sealed lyophilised vials stored correctly typically remain within specification for 24 months from the date of manufacture. The batch date and specification are stated on the Certificate of Analysis supplied with every order.

Products & storage

How is purity verified?
Compounds are tested by an independent ISO-accredited UK laboratory — HPLC establishes purity and mass spectrometry confirms molecular identity — with the Certificate of Analysis published on each product as results are completed.

Testing & purity

What purity do you hold batches to?
Our release specification is a minimum of 98% by HPLC. In practice most batches test between 99.1% and 99.8%, and the measured figure for your specific batch is printed on its Certificate of Analysis rather than quoted as a general claim.

Testing & purity

How do I get the Certificate of Analysis for my batch?
A COA is supplied with every order and is matched to the exact batch you received. Historic certificates are available on the Quality & Testing page by batch number, or by emailing us the batch reference from your vial.

Testing & purity

What does a Certificate of Analysis show?
It records the batch number, manufacture date, compound identity, molecular weight confirmed by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC with the chromatogram, appearance, water content and the testing laboratory’s accreditation. Our Knowledge Hub has a field-by-field guide to reading one.

Testing & purity

Who can buy from Nūvo Health Peptides?
Sales are restricted to customers aged 18 or over who are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research. By ordering you confirm you are qualified to handle research materials and will not administer them to humans or animals.

Legal & returns

Do you give dosage or protocol advice?
No. We cannot provide dosing information, administration protocols, or guidance on use in humans or animals, and we cannot comment on outcomes of use. Our team can only help with product specification, batch documentation, handling, storage and orders.

Legal & returns

What is your returns policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. The only exception is a damaged or incorrect item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and a replacement may be issued at our discretion. Please check your order details carefully at checkout, as we cannot be held liable for errors made during checkout.

How do you handle my data?
We process order and account data only to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations, in line with UK GDPR. We do not sell customer data. Full detail, including retention periods and how to request erasure, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
