How should products be stored?
- Storage (Lyophilized): Store at -20°C in a dry, desiccated environment.
- After Reconstitution: Store reconstituted peptide at 2–8°C and use within 30 days.
- For long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Reconstitution: Reconstitute in sterile bacteriostatic water or appropriate buffer depending on experimental needs.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Are payments secure?
Yes — all payments are processed via secure, encrypted payment providers.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
We will review and resolve the issue.
What are your products intended for?
All products are sold strictly forresearch purposes onlyand are not for human consumption.
How long does shipping take?
We dispatch within 1-2 working days from order, we ship everything by Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims to deliver the following working day after shipping. Some areas of the UK can take slightly longer, please use tracking provided.

All orders are shipped in discreet, secure packaging to ensure privacy and protection.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
No — due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, we will assist with any damaged or incorrect orders.
