Once an order has been dispatched, Núvo Health is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or courier-related issues.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nuvohealth.co.uk
