Order Processing

NOTE: We are currently on hold for all order processing until the 10th June 2026. All orders placed before this will be shipped on priority on the 10th June. thank you for your support and understanding 

 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

NuvoHealth uses trusted courier services for UK deliveries. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated UK delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods.

Pre-Orders

Products listed as pre-order items will display estimated dispatch times within the product description. Orders containing pre-order items may be held until all products are available.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NuvoHealth is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details submitted at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist with the courier investigation process.

International Orders

Customers ordering outside the UK are responsible for ensuring products comply with local regulations and import requirements.

NuvoHealth is not responsible for customs delays, import taxes, or seized shipments.
