CJC-1295 without DAC is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone, also referred to in the literature as modified GRF (1-29). Four amino acid substitutions increase its resistance to enzymatic degradation relative to native GHRH. Supplied lyophilised for in-vitro and laboratory research.

Unlike the DAC-conjugated form, it carries no drug affinity complex and shows a correspondingly shorter plasma half-life in the animal models where it has been characterised.

Storage: Store at 2–8°C, protect from light and moisture
