The NŪVO Health NAD+ Pen contains nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), supplied as a prefilled, premixed solution in a pen-format system intended exclusively for laboratory and analytical research.

The prepared solution removes the need for reconstitution before laboratory use. It is intended for non-clinical research applications involving NAD+ and its role in cellular metabolism.

For research use only. Not for human or animal administration. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Order processing. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after our daily cut-off are handled the next business day.

UK delivery. Standard shipping arrives within 2–4 business days and Express within 1–2 business days. These timeframes are estimates and depend on the courier. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Discreet packaging. Every order is sent in plain, secure packaging to protect the contents and maintain discretion in transit.

Once dispatched. We are not liable for courier delays, lost parcels or items a carrier has marked as delivered. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import restrictions in their destination country.

Returns. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order has been marked as shipped. The only exception is a damaged or incorrect item — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs and we'll put it right.
